Benben ERP stores operational data locally in PostgreSQL on your workstation or designated server. This includes orders, general ledger entries, invoices, inventory records, manufacturing data, and all other business records created within the application. These records remain on infrastructure you control.

Benben Software, Inc. does not ingest, host, index, or process your business records in a multi-tenant cloud database. Routine ERP operations — posting transactions, generating reports, managing inventory — occur entirely within your local deployment.

Benben ERP does not embed third-party advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or behavioral profiling scripts inside the desktop application. Your operational workflow inside Benben ERP is not sold, shared, or monetized through third-party data brokers.

Benben Software, Inc. does not collect your orders, ledger balances, customer lists, vendor records, payroll details, inventory counts, or any other business records generated during normal use of Benben ERP. We do not require you to upload your database to Benben infrastructure to use the software.

The software may perform limited, non-business telemetry strictly for license integrity and product operations:

• License key verification against Benben authorization endpoints
• Version checking to determine update availability

These checks do not transmit your business records. They confirm license validity and software version only.
